Working with Teenagers and Young Adults
Alongside my work with adults, I have years of experience supporting young people—currently as a counsellor in a Sixth Form College. I work with 16–18 year olds navigating the ups and downs of adolescence: academic pressure, friendships and relationships, self-esteem, and the scary-but-exciting move towards independence. I offer a calm, confidential space where they can show up exactly as they are, untangle what's going on inside, and build the confidence to move forward.

Focused Brief Therapy
(6 Sessions)
As well as ongoing sessions, I also specialise in focused, short-term counselling. Drawing on my extensive experience in a busy college setting, I offer a structured six-session model designed to help you make meaningful progress in a short space of time. This approach is ideal if you are facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck in a transition, or simply want a space to work through a particular issue with clarity and direction. We will work collaboratively from session one to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
